These unusual candles have a transparent gel, rather than the normal paraffin wax. The scenic candle scape within the gel is therefore clearly visible, and this allows the candles to be made with a miniature scene visible within the gel. This winter snow scene has a village inside the candle. Smoke is rising from the chimney of the manor house and the church and the adjacent cottages are all blanketed in snow.
