With hand made bookbinding and traditional concealed screw post construction, the captains wine book has a capacity of 3/16" - this is 10 sheets of cover stock paper or 10 plastic protectors. The wine books are constructed so that your guest cannot see the screw posts when opening the book. Many fine restaurants will use this style as their complete menu cover because it could hold it all, from soup to nuts. Screw posts are packed separately with the covers for final assembly. 9 1/2" W x 11 3/4" H
