This state-of-the-art pole/avenue/street banner arm system is designed to withstand the elements. The base is made from rust free cast aluminum with 3/4" fiberglass arms. The fiberglass arms will flex in strong winds, transferring some of the wind load off the banner. Unique base design will fit square, round or multi-sided poles. Single set includes 2 aluminum brackets, 2 fiberglass arms, 2 end caps, 2 tie wraps, 2 pins and rings, 4 40" stainless steel bands and will hold 1 banner on 1 pole.
