This sauce pan has a beautiful metallic blue outside coating with black non-stick ceramic coating on the inside. The pan will hold 1.25 quarts and comes with a glass and stainless steel lid and a 7 1/4" Bakelite handle. The pan is heat resistant up to 536 degrees and is for stovetop use only. It will work with all stovetops. Ceramic pans have exceptional scratch and abrasion resistance. Nylon, wood or silicone utensils are recommended for use. Hand washing recommended. FDA approved.
